We stand by the quality components and craftsmanship of Peter Nappi footwear by offering repairs and/or replacements should you discover an issue with your shoes upon purchase or receipt. If you feel there is an issue with the craftsmanship of your shoes, please email studio@peternappi.com with a description of the problem as well as pictures of the shoe if possible. We will respond as promptly as possible (usually within one business day).
Please reach out with issues related to craftsmanship of your Peter Nappi footwear as soon as possible after purchase. Our guarantee does not cover repairs or resoling necessitated by natural wear and tear. Leather is a natural material which will change with wear and exposure to the elements. We take pride in using the highest quality leather in our uppers and soles, however sometimes repairs will be necessary.
